All the attendees must in advance in order to participate in conference activities. Each registration enables publication of only one paper and participation of only one person.

Register as Author
You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then you'll be able to both present your paper and get your paper published if accepted
Register as Presenter
You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be given the chance to present your paper if it passes the review.
Register as a delegate
You're simply required to fcomplete the payment for Listeners and send payment receipt to us via email before the registration deadline.
NOTE
1. One regular registration is within 7 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
2. The Author(Student) price is only applied for the paper whose first author is student. Student' ID card copy should be attached for registration.
3. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one proceeding.
4. At least one author for each accepted final paper must pre-register.
5. Please send the required documents: a. final paper; b. signed copyright form; c. payment proof to info@cambridgeinnovationcenter.org to finish the registration.
6. At least one author is required to register and attend the conference to present the paper. The paper will not be published without presentation
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
